I've completed the payment. When will I get my order?
You'll get your order within 24 hours after you complete the payment, but we'll try to send orders much faster than that. So please don't worry if you don't receive your order immediately. It's ok. It means that we have a lot of orders, and yours is waiting for its turn. Or it is night in our country, and we are sleeping. But when we wake up, we will see your payment and quickly send you the materials.

We send all the orders from edu@ielts-assistant.com If you haven't received an email from our team within 24 hours after you completed the payment, please check the spam folder. If there's nothing in the spam folder, please write to support@ielts-assistant.com Remember to attach your receipt so that we could identify your order. We will deal with the issue promptly.
I've just bought a subscription for IELTS Speaking Assistant on the website, but answers in the app are still locked. What's wrong?
When you buy a subscription on the website, you need to wait for some time until we activate it for you because now we are doing it manually. In the near future, everything will happen automatically right after you make the payment. We are working on this new system.

  1. When we receive your payment, we send you an email from edu@ielts-assistant.com with the following questions: 1) When would you like to get your subscription activated? Today or later? If later, specify the date. 2) Which device do you use, Android or IOS? 3) What is your student ID number? You can find it in the settings of the app (3 horizontal lines in the upper corner of the main screen) 4) Does the app work well on your device? (Do you see the list of topics in all 3 parts of the menu?)
  2. You answer these questions, we activate your subscription, and send you a confirmation email which will contain your login details, your subscription activation date, expiration date and some further instructions.
  3. You need to read it carefully and take one more step to finish activation on your device. Here are the instructions: For the changes to come into force on your device, you need to refresh the session. For this, open the settings in the app, EXIT and log in your app account ID using your email (see above) and wait for a few minutes while the app processes the changes.
Is there a limit to the number of subscriptions that I can buy on the website?
No, there are no limits. You can buy as many subscriptions as you want. And you can activate them when you want.
Can I buy a subscription for IELTS Speaking Assistant for my friend?
If you buy a subscription on the website, you can buy a subscription for yourself or anyone else. If you buy a subscription for someone else, please leave this person's email address for receiving the materials. You will see that this is one of the steps for making a purchase.

Attention! You cannot buy a subscription for someone else if you decide to buy it in the BUY section of the app. When you buy a subscription in the BUY section of the app, the subscription will be connected to YOUR Google Play account (if you have an Android device) or your iTunes&AppStore account (if you have an IOS device) even though you login the app using another person's login and password. The answers will be locked on your friend's device.

So, the only way to buy a subscription for someone else is to buy it on this website.
Does your IELTS Tips and Secrets course include books with IELTS reading and listening practice tests?
No, it doesn't. The course contains all the ebooks with IELTS vocabulary, tips and strategies that you need to know in order to do IELTS tests correctly. Also, you'll get all the necessary materials for IELTS writing and speaking practice. But you will need to find books with IELTS listening and reading tests yourself. We can only sell materials that were created by our tutors.
Can I use a subscription for IELTS Speaking Assistant on an Android and IOS device at the same time?
Yes, if you bought a subscription on the website, you can get access to all the content in the app on 2 devices (IOS and\or Android) if you log in with the same ID number as you provided to us for your subscription activation.

No, if you bought a subscription in the BUY section of the app. If you bought it on Google Play, you can only use it on your Android devices which are connected to your Google Play account. If you bought it on the AppStore, you will only be able to use it on your IOS devices that have the same Apple ID.
What's the difference between a subscription that I buy on the website and the one that I buy in the BUY section of the app?
Both subscriptions will give you access to all the ideas and model answers in the IELTS Speaking Assistant app. But...

  • All the subscriptions that you buy on our website www.ielts-assistant.org are Non-Autorenewable. What does it mean? You buy a subscription on the website > you use your subscription > it expires > all the topics get locked again. If you need it for longer, you visit our website again and buy a subscription one more time. Is there any chance that you'll be charged automatically if you buy a subscription on the website? No, never!
  • All the subscriptions that you buy in the BUY section of the app are Auto-Renewable because you buy them on Google Play (if you have an Android device) or on the AppStore (if you have an IOS device), not from us directly. What does it mean? You buy a subscription in the app > you use it > you cancel itat least 24 hours before it expires in your Google Play app or in your iTunes account > it expires > all the topics get locked again. Is there any chance that you'll be charged automatically if you buy a subscription in the BUY section of the app? Yes, if you forget to cancel it at least 24 hours before it expires. But don't be afraid! It's very easy to cancel your subscription. Please find the instructions in the TIPS section of your IELTS Speaking Assistant App.
Can I use the IELTS Speaking Assistant app for free?
Sure! You download the app for free. After that you have 2 options. If you need only IELTS speaking questions and if you have enough time to make your own answers to all the questions, you can use the app for free as long as you want.

If you don't have time to search for ideas and make your own answers, you will need to buy a subscription. This doesn't cost a lot (especially if you use a promo code after you first download the app and confirm your email address), but it will save you a lot of time.
